STEPS TO A WINNING GAME PLAN

Follow three easy steps below and you’ll be on your way to a successful project:

STEP 1:
Send your document for a no-cost, no obligation estimate in an email to info@winningproof.com and let us know your deadline.

A. For copywriting projects, give me a call and we can discuss the details of your project; how you want it presented, the timeframe, and the style. They don't call me the Strong Copy Quarterback for nothing.

B. For proofreading & copyediting, please send only Microsoft Word files (.doc) in an attachment. No other file types will be accepted. We will estimate the amount of time needed in minutes, hours and/or days to successfully complete your project and give you a fair price.



STEP 2:
Upon your approval of our estimate, see our two options below:


Option 1: For projects less than $50.00, a deposit of $15.00 is all that's needed to get started. Upon project completion, you can make your remaining payment through PayPal. When the funds clear we will return the completed pages to you promptly. For established clients with good payment records, no deposit is required.


Option 2: For projects over $50.00, we require 50% of full payment upfront through PayPal. Using PayPal, send payment to info@winningproof.com. Please note: payment delays will delay the starting and completion dates of your project.

When the payment clears through PayPal, we will immediately start working on your project. We will communicate with you via email during the three stages outlined below so you’ll know the field position for every aspect of your project.

1st Phase – Kick-Off – The initial stage of your project
2nd Phase – The Game – The working stage of your project
3rd Phase – Touchdown – The completion stage of your project

STEP 3:
With either option, we will return your completed project on or before your deadline. We will return a copy via email with marked-up revisions using the Track Changes feature on Microsoft Word so you can review and accept or reject the proposed changes. Upon request, we can also send a final, revised version with all changes made. At this time, you will make the second half of payment through PayPal.

EXTRA POINT:
Keep in mind that your project starts once you accept the estimate and make payment through PayPal and not when you give us the file. Please call if you need a rush project and we will come to the rescue.

Also note that we do not edit graphs, tables, and numerical data for accuracy; only for typographical errors within the text. We will, however, check websites to verify correct links.
